About The Position

Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead daily operations, support technicians, and maintain high service standards. This role requires pest control experience and offers the opportunity to step into leadership while remaining hands-on. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage scheduling and routing, and occasionally perform technical service work in the field.

Requirements

• Pest control experience is required
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to occasionally perform technical service work in the field
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and operational systems
• Safe driver with a valid driver’s license and strong driving record
• Commercial Applicator License (Core) or ability to obtain (as required by Connecticut regulations)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Service Professionals and set the tone for performance
• Provide coaching, support, and accountability
• Manage scheduling, routing, and daily coverage needs
• Step into the field when needed for inspections and treatments
• Solve problems quickly and keep operations running smoothly
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance standards are met
