About The Position

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a collaborative, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Service Supervisor to join our Kahana Branch. The salary range for the role is $55,176- $65,000/yr (commensurate with experience); plus sales incentives. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. The advertised salary range reflects a location-based premium offered at select branch locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent work experience required
• 2 years’ experience in bank operations
• 2 years’ supervisory experience (may be obtained concurrently)
• Ability to use 10-key adding machine and type 40 wpm
• Must be pleasant and tactful when interacting with customers
• Good oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows applications

Responsibilities

• Supervising employees in all phases of bank operations.
• Handling and resolving customer issues or complex inquiries.
• Assisting to maintain the branch workflow and assign coverage as needed.
• Ensuring that all bank policies and procedures are followed.
