This role is designed to train individuals to become Service Supervisors. The training will cover motivating team members, clear communication, directing task execution, observing crew performance, providing feedback, and addressing crew-related issues. Trainees will learn to create and manage crew schedules, coordinate resource allocation, and adjust schedules based on operational demands. The position also involves serving as a customer contact, addressing concerns professionally, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Training will include task communication, monitoring work quality, enforcing safety protocols, participating in safety meetings, and understanding investigation procedures. Trainees will provide updates on crew activities, maintain attendance records, and identify opportunities for efficiency and safety improvements. Emphasis will be placed on interdepartmental coordination, with the expectation to perform various tasks to support learning and development. The role requires operating specialized equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance and inspections, and demonstrating a strong commitment to safety by following and modeling safety protocols. Trainees will assist with rigging up and rigging down equipment, which may involve physical labor. The role requires flexibility to travel to various locations and work on a schedule of two weeks on and one week off. Other duties will be performed as directed by management.
