About The Position
Position qualifies for a tire labor commission and a first-year retention bonus. Utilize your mechanical and leadership skills to oversee one of our service stations. As a Service Station Manager for our Wilber Tire location, you will lead the operations and administration of the tire facility by ensuring efficient and quality customer service while meeting company goals and objectives. You will manage the sales, billing, inventory, scheduling, policies, and maintenance of the location. You will also help recruit, retain, and develop personnel in a professional manner and work hands-on in the station to perform services for the customer.
