About The Position

This Part-Time position provides excellent customer service to patrons frequenting the Service Station. The role involves handling transactions, assisting customers with fueling, and maintaining the cleanliness of the station. Flexibility in scheduling, including days, evenings, and weekends, is necessary. The position requires frequent interaction with managers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Frequent communication involving both speaking and listening in person and over the telephone.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash/credit card transactions from patrons for product at the Service Station.
• Fill up gas tanks when necessary.
• Deal with customers in a courteous and effective manner.
• Collect and dispose of trash outside.
• Charge purchases to customer’s credit cards, provide customers with receipts.
• Answer questions and provide directions if needed.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
• Performs other tasks as requested.
