About The Position

The Service Specialist obtains orders for sales and service contracts by performing meet and greets with laundromat owners. They also service and repair laundry equipment in a safe and courteous manner and in accordance with Laundrylux established standards and procedures.

Bilingual skills a plus.
Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions.
Valid Driver’s License
1+ years of experience in installation and repair of commercial equipment.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Perform all service support as well as upsells and sells service contracts to locations.
Provide all Wascomat / Electrolux warranty labor.
Offer installation/parts support when needed.
Addresses all service and parts calls, customer support role.
Coordinates and schedules service calls for team and customers.
Supports team in project manager role when needed on laundromat projects.
Canvases markets and drops off mailers.
Drive the sale of Preventative Maintenance and Service Plans.
Recommend measures to improve service methods, equipment performance, and quality of service.
Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
Maintain time and service records.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Assist with helping key accounts.
