About The Position

At Taylor Bank, everything we do is about serving our community and building strong customer relationships. We are seeking a full-time Service Specialist with great people skills to service customers at our 142nd Street, Ocean City, MD branch location.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication skills
• A professional appearance

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred
• Prior banking experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Handling customer transactions, including: Deposits and withdrawals
• Account maintenance, such as address changes
• Issuing debit cards
• Responding to routine account inquiries
• Assisting customers with digital banking navigation
• Explaining products and services and making appropriate referrals
• Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Additional tasks as assigned
