About The Position

This is a hybrid Reception / Office Services Associate role supporting a Wipro office environment. While reception and hospitality are core responsibilities, the position is not intended to be a front desk-only role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, service-oriented, and capable of supporting a variety of workplace and administrative functions as business needs evolve. The client is looking for someone who can grow into additional responsibilities over time and become a well-rounded office support resource rather than remain limited to reception duties.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of office, hospitality, workplace experience, or customer service experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Strong hospitality and customer service mindset
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Adaptable and capable of handling multiple responsibilities

  • Reception coverage and front desk management
  • Guest greeting and hospitality support
  • Visitor registration and badge coordination
  • Phone and email monitoring
  • Conference room readiness and meeting support

  • Administrative support as assigned
  • Special projects and operational support
  • Coordinating Certificates of Insurance (COIs) after training
  • Assisting with vendor access requirements
  • Supporting office moves and seating requests
  • Tracking office supplies and inventory needs
  • Coordinating visitor and guest support activities
  • Assisting with workplace communications
  • Supporting conference room and meeting logistics
  • Handling routine administrative and operational requests
  • Escalating issues appropriately and following established procedures
