Position Overview The Service Specialist Manager is responsible for leading the member service functions and reception departments across multiple branch locations within an assigned market. This role ensures exceptional member service, strong sales performance, and operational excellence while maintaining compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Service Specialist Manager provides direct supervision, coaching, and development of branch service staff, serving as a working leader who supports daily operations, guides staff performance, and ensures accurate and efficient member transactions. This position plays a critical role in strengthening member relationships, supporting growth objectives, and fostering a positive, engaged, and service‑driven team culture aligned with FCCU's core values.
