About The Position

Lumenis is a global leader in minimally invasive clinical solutions for Ophthalmology and Aesthetic markets, specializing in energy-based technologies like Laser, IPL, and RF. We are seeking a Service Solutions Specialist to join our team. This remote position is a primary driver of Service Contract Sales, contributing 20% to the overall revenue of the Americas Region. The role involves managing the service contract sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on new opportunities and some contract renewals. The Sales Rep will employ high-volume Inside Sales best practices, collaborating with Field Sales, Service, and Clinical teams on sales strategies for target accounts. This position requires significant initiative and judgment to maximize profitability and influence marketing programs to deliver customer value. The Sales Rep may also be involved in training Inside and Field counterparts.

Requirements

  • Requires 2 - 4 years of proven track record of above quota achievement in Inside Sales environment; solutions based sales to B2B is highly preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of a consultative or solutions based sales process comprising of prospecting, qualifying solution building, objection handling and closing is a must.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
  • Excellent telephone presentation, oral and written communication skills;
  • A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • Advanced negotiation and objection handling skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed determined sales and activity quotas.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sale or post sales service contract related activities.
  • Develop new business via telephone and email, and identify appropriate buyers within the organizations.
  • Incorporate strategic and consultative sales techniques; discuss with the customers their business environment, identify their priorities, and determine the most appropriate Lumenis solution that speaks to their needs.
  • Utilize professional selling expertise and business acumen to meet and exceed sales targets.
