About The Position

The Service Solutions Manager is responsible for growing service revenue through consultative selling of OEM service solutions, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience. This position ensures that service contract offerings are presented as supportive solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and product performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 4+ years of successful inside sales experience; service-related B2B sales preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong arithmetic, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Inside Sales and Administrative team
  • Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored service solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic consultative selling and exceptional service delivery.
  • Supervise and support the Inside Sales and administrative teams for service solutions.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain talented sales and support staff.
  • Coach and mentor team members in consultative sales, customer engagement, and service excellence.
  • Set and track performance targets and metrics; implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct team meetings, 1:1 coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with field sales, service management, and other departments to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend the most appropriate service solutions, avoiding high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contract renewals, ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines and terms.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Lumenis service offerings, product lines, and promotions.
  • Deliver presentations on service solutions, value propositions, and best practices to customers and internal teams.
  • Track customer feedback to improve offers and ensure a customer-first approach.
  • Oversee sales administration processes, ensuring timely and accurate quotes, contracts, and customer communications.
  • Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with marketing to develop service-related collateral, training materials, and promotional programs.
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM data accuracy and leverage it for account management and reporting.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with internal stakeholders including Legal, Service, Finance, and Marketing.
