Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
Must be able to pass a standard background check
Friendly, guest-focused attitude
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on your feet in both indoor and outdoor settings

Nice To Haves

Prior lot attendant, porter, or delivery/transport experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate

Responsibilities

Safely transport service guests to and from local destinations in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
Greet customers promptly upon arrival to the service drive and assist with initial vehicle check-in
Move, park, and stage customer and dealership vehicles efficiently across the lot to support shop workflow
Coordinate closely with service advisors, dispatchers, and technicians to keep the service lane clear and moving
Assist with light vehicle wash/vacuum prep before returning vehicles to customers
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and fuel level of the dealership shuttle vehicle
Keep the service drive, parking areas, and customer drop-off zones clean, organized, and free of debris
Support other team members with lot and facility duties as needed to keep the department running smoothly
