Requirements

  • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating a positive experience
  • Strong communication skills—you’re confident, friendly, and professional on the phone and in writing
  • A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and stay calm under pressure
  • Comfortable using computers, texting platforms, and learning new systems (CRM experience is a plus!)
  • Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented—you don’t let things slip through the cracks
  • A team player who supports others and contributes to a positive work environment
  • Self-motivated and dependable—you take initiative and follow through

  • Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, call center, or appointment scheduling experience
  • Automotive experience or interest in the industry
