The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, data analysis,, software training, and ensuring seamless interoperability of computing systems. This role will also provide direct services to individuals with disabilities. This position requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to inclusivity. Join our fast growing team and help us change lives, impact the world, and shape the future. What You'll Do: Coordinating appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for the Scheduling team. Directly engage and provide billable services to individuals with disabilities for 8-16 hours per week. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and individuals served by the organization. Complete the weekly schedule for assigned consumer homes in accordance with the department's policies and procedures. Perform assigned subshift daily and or weekly assignment in accordance to the departments policy and procedures Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills, translating technical information into user-friendly language. Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
