About The Position

Join Our Winning Team as an Automotive Service Scheduling Agent! This is a full-time, high-volume, fast-paced role in a rapidly growing, award-winning automotive dealer group. As a vital part of our Business Development Center (BDC), you will be the voice that drives the customer experience, connecting with customers, building rapport, and helping them stay on top of their vehicle’s service needs. You will play an essential role in keeping service departments running strong and customers returning. Every appointment scheduled helps deliver exceptional care, strengthen relationships, and power the continued growth of the dealership group. Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments.
Respond to customers’ service inquiries.
Proactively reach out to existing customers to schedule timely service appointments.
Build rapport with customers, address their service needs, and ensure every interaction is positive and professional.
Upsell services, generate repeat business, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with service departments across multiple locations.
