We are looking for a results-driven Service Sales Representative to accelerate growth in our Building Services preventative maintenance business. In this role, you will prospect, qualify, and close new service agreements, expand client portfolios, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or BAS control systems with a passion for helping clients maximize equipment reliability, extend asset life. This role is essential to driving growth in our Building Services preventative maintenance business by converting prospects into long-term service customers. The Service Sales Representative strengthens client relationships and ensures Modern Niagara’s solutions deliver maximum value, reliability, and efficiency for building operations. Their success directly impacts our ability to expand market presence and maintain industry leadership.
