The Services Sales Leader will drive overall business strategy creation and operational execution of a Services business across Businesses within a Market. This role is responsible for developing and executing the annual Service Sales business plan, aligning stakeholders to drive contract revenue growth, market share expansion, and competitive positioning. The role also owns Service Sales performance, including forecasting, pipeline management, and execution of sales plans to meet or exceed revenue, order, and AOP targets across the full portfolio. Additionally, the Services Sales Leader will build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, lead and optimize sales operations, and manage, coach, and hold Service Sales leadership accountable.
