The Service Sales Administrator at SS&E is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the Service Sales Team and contributing to the overall customer experience with the Service Sales aspect of the organization. The Service Sales Administrator will be expected to maintain accurate data entry and assignment of all inter-company sales opportunities to the CRM software, assist with order tracking and updates, as well as consolidate all sales reporting functions for the Service Sales Team. The Service Sales Administrator may also assist with proposal generation and customer communications on an infrequent basis and may assist with overall clerical and office reporting functions for the Service Sales Team.
