Requirements

  • Required 2+ years of administrative or service support experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage detailed documentation with minimal errors
  • Strong proficiency working in multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • High level of personal accountability and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and finalize customer inspection reports with exceptional accuracy
  • Ensure all service documentation is complete, properly formatted, and submitted on time
  • Identify and correct discrepancies before reports are finalized
  • Coordinate with technicians and service managers to gather required information
  • Maintain organized digital records across multiple systems
  • Enter and manage data in various software platforms
  • Support daily administrative operations within the service department
