About The Position

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking an organized, customer-focused Service & Route Coordinator to support smooth service operations, improve efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and coordinate with field technicians. The role handles customer inquiries and service appointments, maintains customer accounts, optimizes technician schedules and routes, tracks service completion, processes service paperwork, and communicates with field teams. The position pays $20–$21 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service, route coordination, or operations experience is preferred.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred; an associate or bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field is also preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with IFS, Salesforce, or similar systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule service appointments.
Provide in-person customer support and assist with service-related questions.
Optimize service schedules and assign routes to improve efficiency for field technicians.
Set up and maintain customer accounts.
Track service completion and work with field teams to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Process invoices, work orders, and discounts accurately and in compliance with requirements.
Support field teams through real-time coordination and communication.
Monitor daily call volumes and propose process improvements.
