Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
0 - 2 years of related experience working in a hospital environment is a plus

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing all of the duties of a Service Response Center Agents while also serving as the senior-most, non-management team member of the Service Response Center.
Promote delivery of the ultimate customer experience for customers, and employees through effective communication and behavior modeling, includes training, coaching, motivating, and problem solving
Assist with data reporting to ensure department goals are being achieved.
Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
