About The Position

We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Rep to support our customer accounts in the Montgomery, AL area. Must be able to work 7:30am - 4:30pm. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- This is an active role suited for someone who enjoys staying on their feet and moving throughout the day
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Manage deliveries, schedules, and ensure timely and accurate product distribution.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and identify inventory gaps or excesses.
- Install, configure, and manage inventory management solutions such as Vending, VMI (Vendor-Managed Inventory), and crib systems.
- Stock delivered products, service inventory stations, and ensure all customer locations are properly maintained.
- Scan and download product orders to support efficient replenishment and workflow accuracy.
- Safely and efficiently load and unload materials.
- Assist customers via phone, email, or in person to resolve issues and maintain strong service relationships.
- Enter orders into the system, expedite customer orders, manage expedites, and review demand schedules.
- Develop strong working relationships with customer contacts across multiple locations within the plant.
- Improve customer relations through proactive communication and consistent involvement in meeting their requirements.
- Maintain a positive attitude with customers and fellow associates.
- Other duties as assigned.
