About The Position

As a Service & Repair Technician II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective service and repair of our products. Your technical expertise will directly contribute to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will report directly to our Service & Repair Manager and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the service and repair operations by providing timely and quality repairs, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in service and repair management or a similar field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of service and repair processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
  • Experience with relevant software and technologies used in service and repair operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a technical service role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform service and repair tasks on a variety of equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions to enhance equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
