What does a Repair Refurb Technician II do? As a Full Time Repair Refurb Technician II at R&R Solutions in Gravette, AR, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customer hardware and software meet all necessary specifications. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with a variety of IT-related hardware, such as servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops, tablets, and POS systems. You will adhere to customer contracts for warranty and internal repairs while performing maintenance on equipment in accordance with set agreements. Maintaining accurate inventory and repair records is essential to meet both company and customer expectations. Effective communication with your Supervisor about equipment needs is crucial, along with strict adherence to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) requirements. Additionally, you will assist in the movement, sorting, and loading/unloading of goods up to 50 lbs, all while maintaining a clean and safe working environment and carrying out other assigned duties as needed.
