About The Position

Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization. Our BMW Service Center in Fort Lauderdale has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join the Holman family. The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, receptionist, or administrative roles
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong phone presence
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Team-oriented with a passion for customer service, preferably in a premium brand environment

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in guests and serve as the first point of contact for the dealership
• Answer and route calls through the central phone system
• Engage customers to identify needs and direct them appropriately
• Check in service customers for scheduled appointments
• Support Service Advisors with administrative tasks as needed
