About The Position

Mosites Motorsports West is looking for a Service Receptionist to join our team! This role is the critical communication link between our service department and our valued customers. We’re seeking someone with strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and attention to detail to ensure our customers are informed and supported every step of the way.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service experience (automotive/powersports industry a plus).
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with phone-based communication and computer systems.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls related to service inquiries.
  • Proactively call customers with updates on the status of their service work.
  • Coordinate between the service and parts departments to ensure timely and accurate information is provided.
  • Document communications and keep customer records up to date.
  • Provide a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented experience for every customer interaction.
  • Assist with check-in’s, drop offs, and pickup's for service appointments.
