About The Position
Join the team at Ingersoll Automotive! We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Service Receptionist who enjoys working with people and being part of a busy, team-oriented environment. As one of the first people our guests interact with, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping keep our Service Department running smoothly.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, professional attitude
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening, consistent with applicable law.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
- Cashier repair orders and process payments
- Coordinate loaner vehicles and guest transportation
- Maintain accurate guest, vehicle, and repair order information
- Assist with extended warranty processing and other administrative tasks
