This position reports to: Service Manager __ In this role, you will oversee the delivery of service projects and ABB Customer Care Agreements within our North American region. Reporting to the North American Mining & Material Service Manager you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the customer orders.
