About The Position

Support production operations by driving process improvements, equipment validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and manufacturing performance. Lead HyperVue console installations from start to finish, including site-readiness validation, scheduling, field service engineer coordination, milestone tracking, and project completion. Own the installation plan to ensure equipment delivery, cabling, calibration, clinical validation, and customer sign-off are executed in sequence. Transition the SpectraWave installation process from current project-tracking tools into ServiceMax as the standard Philips service management platform. Ensure work orders, site data, asset records, and project documentation are complete and accurate throughout the migration. Establish installation project management within ServiceMax while maintaining data quality and process consistency. The role focuses on implementation and adoption rather than long-term system administration. Serve as the central coordination point between field service engineers, the Bedford manufacturing site, commercial teams, SPS Parts, and customer facilities. Proactively resolve site-readiness, equipment, and scheduling issues to prevent customer-facing delays and reduce cross-functional handoffs. Support field service capacity planning by monitoring installation forecasts, identifying resource constraints, and ensuring engineers are assigned and prepared before dispatch. Help align installation demand with available service resources.
