Requirements

10+ years of paid professional handyman or trades experience preferred
Strong carpentry skills required
Well-rounded “multi-skilled” handyman experience preferred
Must own standard day-to-day tools
Ability to estimate time and complete projects efficiently
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Comfortable interacting directly with customers
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Team-oriented mindset
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

Complete small to medium-sized home repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects
Perform quality work efficiently and professionally
Communicate clearly with customers regarding project scope and expectations
Deliver a consistent five-star customer experience
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and daily schedules
Identify and communicate additional customer needs when appropriate
