This role drives sustainable aftermarket revenue, margin, and customer retention by shaping end‑of‑life strategies, parts obsolescence mitigation, used tool programs, and lifecycle value propositions. Acting as a strategic partner across engineering, service, supply chain, sales, and finance, the role ensures legacy platforms remain competitive, supportable, and economically attractive throughout their lifecycle.
