The Service Processing Specialist is accountable for service requests as they move through the service lifecycle, ensuring timely progress and effective coordination across teams. This role plays a critical part in facilitating communication between internal processing partners and assigned agencies, helping to remove barriers, resolve issues, and meet turnaround expectations. The position serves as a central point of contact and relationship manager, rather than directly performing transaction processing. Over time, this role will expand to support coordination and communication for Claims-related work as additional responsibilities are integrated. This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE or Cincinnati, OH) and partially from home.
