About The Position

BMW of Salem is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Service Porter to join our growing team. Requirements

Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (manual is a strong advantage)
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

Prior dealership experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
Team-oriented with great attention to detail

Responsibilities

Warmly greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service drive
Provide a professional and welcoming first impression of BMW of Salem
Relocate vehicles safely between service lanes, shop, and parking areas
Maintain cleanliness of service areas (housekeeping duties)
Wash and vacuum vehicles after service to ensure a high-quality delivery experience
Support technicians and service advisors with general lot and operational needs
Assist in keeping inventory and parking areas organized and presentable
