Our Service Porters are typically the first person that our customers meet and the face of our service department. We are a reputable dealership in American Fork, Utah. Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving history
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Applicants must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test
• Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Gather and accurately communicate vehicle information
• Move vehicles to designated areas for service or delivery
• Keep service area clean and organized
• Complete Pre-Delivery services on new cars
• Assist technicians and service advisors as needed
• Complete walk around videos on customer vehicles
• Check in loaner vehicles upon customer return
• Drive vehicles through our car wash
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
