Requirements

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the day.

Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Safely transport customer and dealership vehicles throughout the property.
Keep the showroom, service drive, and lot clean, organized and presentation-ready.
Wash, vacuum, fuel, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
Assist the Service and Sales Departments with daily operations.
Organize vehicle inventory and maintain an attractive lot appearance.
Shuttle customers when needed.
Install license plates and temporary tags.
Perform routine inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for delivery.
Assist with dealership events and special projects.
Support teammates wherever needed to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
