About The Position

Watermark Auto is seeking a reliable and motivated Service Porter to join our service department team. The Service Porter plays an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting customers, supporting technicians, and keeping the service area organized and efficient.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive or porter experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas
• Perform light cleaning and detailing of vehicles as needed
• Assist service advisors and technicians with daily tasks
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and report any visible damage
• Deliver vehicles or parts as requested by management
