About The Position

The Service Porter will ensure the vehicle flow is running smoothly in our fast-paced dealership! Porters park, retrieve, and move cars to assist customers and staff, direct the flow of traffic, and provide general parking lot supervision. We set each member up for success by providing comprehensive, highly specialized training for each position within our organization, complete with on-the-job training and ongoing personal development.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Friendly, energetic, and courteous with excellent customer service skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and well-groomed appearance
• Must be able to work outdoors during extreme seasonal temperatures in the summer and winter
• Must work well independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work some Saturdays
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome sales customers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Park and drive used car vehicles as instructed
• Maintain the used parking lot in a neat and organized manner
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Other duties may be assigned
