About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Porter to join their Ford Team in Central Oregon. This is an entry-level, full-time hourly position with training and opportunities for career advancement within the automotive industry, whether in service or sales. The role involves ensuring vehicles are moved and parked correctly, driving Kendall vehicles safely, and providing excellent customer service. The position offers a fast-paced environment with diverse tasks and the chance to build a career.

Requirements

• Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models.
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission.
• Good, clean driving record.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Move and park service vehicles as needed.
• Communicate and provide superior customer service to service clients.
• Direct service customers to the appropriate advisor.
• Obtain basic information from vehicles to assist with the check-in process.
• Retrieve parts and supplies.
• Operate snow removal equipment.
• Wash exterior of vehicles.
• Vacuum interiors of vehicles.
• Perform janitorial tasks to keep the service drive clean and presentable.
