About The Position
Sterling Heights Buick/GMC is now accepting applications to grow our Service Porter team. We are looking for hard-working, dependable applicants with a clean driving record. These are full-time positions working Monday through Friday. We prefer some computer ability.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take direction
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
Nice To Haves
- Some computer ability
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, showroom, and service areas
- Move, park, and retrieve customer and inventory vehicles safely
- Assist with vehicle detailing, fueling, and preparation for delivery
- Support the sales and service teams with vehicle placement and logistics
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as trash removal and facility upkeep
- Follow all safety procedures and represent the dealership in a professional manner
