Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions.
  • Ability to safely operate vehicles and dealership equipment.
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle machinery safely.
  • Ability to operate an automobile.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work experience preferred (6-12 months).

Responsibilities

  • Assist service advisors with customer vehicle check-in and tagging.
  • Remove protective coverings and identification tags before returning completed vehicles to customers.
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and any damage before delivery to customers, reporting any concerns immediately.
  • Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
  • Perform vehicle deliveries and customer pick-ups.
  • Clean the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles.
  • Maintain an organized and professional vehicle lot by moving inventory as directed.
  • Return vehicle keys to the appropriate service advisor.
  • Pick up and deliver vehicles to off-site storage locations.
  • Retrieve parts from the Parts Department.
  • Test customer vehicle batteries in the service drive.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the service department, shop, building, and grounds.
  • Support shop clean-up and other departmental needs as assigned.
