About The Position

Knudtsen Foothills Lincoln Mazda is looking for a dependable and hardworking Service Porter to join our growing team in Spokane. As a Service Porter, you'll work alongside experienced technicians, advisors, and managers while learning how a high-performing service department operates. You'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring vehicles are ready when our customers need them. For motivated individuals, this role can serve as a stepping stone to future opportunities within the dealership.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Dependable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, carrying up to 20 pounds regularly, and lifting up to 70 pounds occasionally while working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Comfortable operating a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, SUVs, and both automatic and manual transmissions.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record review, and required pre-employment screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the service drive organized and customer-ready by moving and parking vehicles.
  • Support technicians and service staff with daily operational needs.
  • Wash, fuel, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment.
  • Shuttle customers and vehicles between dealership locations as needed.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through professionalism and teamwork.
