Requirements

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
Friendly, professional attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active throughout your shift
Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a porter, valet, or in a similar role
Basic understanding of vehicle service processes

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and directing them to service advisors
Parking and retrieving customer vehicles safely
Preparing vehicles for service with seat covers and floor mats
Keeping the service drive, customer lounge, restrooms, and shop clean and organized
Vacuuming and washing vehicles as needed
Assisting with vehicle intake, including mileage checks and tagging
Organizing the service vehicle lot and maintaining a clean dealership appearance
Providing shuttle rides for customers when necessary
Following all safety standards and procedures
