About The Position

Valley Plumbing, a locally owned company serving Salt Lake, Utah, and Davis counties, as well as Park City and Tooele, is seeking a high-performing, sales-driven plumbing professional for a full-time role. This position, based in West Jordan, involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems, including fixture installations, repairs, and re-routes. The ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys working with customers, and aims to maximize their earning potential.

Requirements

• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment efficiently.
• A customer-focused mindset and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber with proven experience in service and repair is preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to offer premium solutions to customers.
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Present and offer multiple solution-based options to customers, helping them choose the best services for their needs.
• Install and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Educate customers on preventative maintenance and premium plumbing solutions.
• Build relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed using our CRM system (ServiceTitan).
