Requirements

Journeyman Ticket or 4th Year Plumbing Apprentice
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential plumbing service
Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision
Positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills
Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work

Nice To Haves

Commercial service experience is an asset
Experience using Service Titan is an asset
Experience with boiler servicing is an asset
Experience with renovations is an asset

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential homes, including leaks, clogs, and water heater malfunctions
Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures such as faucets, toilets, sinks, and water heaters
Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues
Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance
Provide excellent customer service by explaining plumbing issues and recommending appropriate solutions
Work independently or with a team to complete service calls efficiently and professionally
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and service vehicle
Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sites
Install/assess drainage systems in residential and commercial applications
