About The Position

Join a stable, locally focused real estate and facilities team supporting a portfolio of properties in Northern California. We’re looking for a hands-on Plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship, strong customer service, and safe, code-compliant work. This position also supports general building maintenance and minor electrical tasks (lighting/fixtures).

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of plumbing experience (commercial and/or residential) plus general building maintenance experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of applicable plumbing codes and safe work practices.
  • Comfortable using hand/power tools and standard plumbing diagnostic equipment.
  • Able to prioritize multiple work orders and respond to service needs with a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic computer skills for digital work orders and communication.
  • Valid California Driver’s License; must be insurable with a clean Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, replace, and maintain water supply lines, sanitary/storm drainage systems, gas lines, fixtures, valves, and plumbing appliances.
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and inspections to ensure reliable plumbing system performance.
  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and complete repairs using appropriate tools and methods; document findings and recommendations.
  • Perform leak detection and repair for water, gas, and waste systems.
  • Clear and inspect drain lines using appropriate equipment and tools.
  • Support general building repairs and maintenance (drywall patching, minor carpentry, door hardware adjustments, basic facility repairs).
  • Perform minor electrical work related to lighting/fixtures (lamp replacements, ballast replacements, basic lighting troubleshooting).
  • Complete accurate work orders, service reports, and timecards in a timely manner.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in safe working condition; follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members; provide great customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned.
