Compensation: $25-$45 per hour + overtime + spiffs

Requirements

• 5 + years of residential plumbing experience.
• A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
• Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
• Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a new company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.
• Comfortable using an iPad and mobile technology to complete work orders and communicate with customers and team members.

Nice To Haves

• A Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus!
• Service Titan trained is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install water heaters, fixtures, well pumps, and water treatment systems
• Complete re-pipe and remodeling projects
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Mentor apprentices and less-experienced technicians
• Maintain accurate job documentation using company-provided technology
