Requirements

4–5 years of experience as a Service Plumbing Technician (required)
Professional, positive, and energetic attitude
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug test

Employees must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background, motor vehicle check and drug screening.
Maintaining eligibility to operate company vehicles is a fundamental job requirement.
All employees that operate company vehicles must maintain their driving record as insurable under the company’s vehicle insurance provider.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems, including faucets, fixtures, shower valves, water heaters, water softeners, and sump pumps and related components.
Perform professional drain cleaning using proper tools and techniques.
Clearly explain findings and solutions to customers.
Guide customers to make informed and confident repair or replacement decisions.
Build strong, lasting customer relationships through excellent service and professionalism.
