Requirements

• This employee must have the ability to service and install most commercial plumbing.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial service plumbing experience required.
• Must be able to work with minimum required supervision.
• Read Blueprints.
• Must have a clean driving record in order to operate a company vehicle.
• Must have good organizational skills, written and communication skills.
• Appearance must be clean, neat and professional at all times.
• Must be willing to be available for 24 hour emergency service.
• Ability to climb and work off ladders, climb extension ladders to roof.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, to extend arms over head to facilitate installation of product.
• OSHA 10 preferred
