Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of plumbing experience
- Expertise in drain equipment, cameras, jetting, pro press, gas systems, and water systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
- Strong time management and communication skills
- A team player who takes pride in their work
Responsibilities
- Provide whole-house plumbing diagnostics & solutions on every call
- Diagnose plumbing systems and customer needs to offer customized solutions
- Present relevant solutions for every customer
- Ensure every job is fully completed with no loose ends
- Maintain a 4.9-star rating on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other platforms
- Keep truck stocked and organized to stay ready for every job
- Help foster a positive, high-performance team culture
