Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a plumber or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbing
  • Valid CT Plumbing License (P2 or P1)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing residential plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements.
  • Strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional plumbing services with a positive attitude to enhance customer experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
  • Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes
  • Respond to call-outs, diagnose plumbing issues, and implement effective solutions to restore system functionality
  • Effectively communicate with customers to explain plumbing issues, solutions, and recommended services, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing work and advise customers on potential improvements or necessary repairs
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking water heaters, pipes, and fixtures to ensure optimal system performance
  • Utilize Service Titan software for tracking repairs, service history, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, industry standards, and safety regulations
  • Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide timely responses to all service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
